When it is safe to do so, send pictures of the front, rear and both sides, plus a closer view of the damage. Include the wheels and the ground around the car. A vehicle with body damage but freely moving wheels may need a different collection plan from one with a collapsed suspension.
If your Dolton vehicle is at a body shop or another storage location, tell us who controls release and when the site is accessible. Settle any release requirements with that business before pickup. Innergee's offer does not automatically cover third-party bills, and we cannot promise collection before access is arranged.
