A close-up of damage tells only part of the story. Include a wider photo showing the driveway or lot, the direction the car faces and any obstacles. If entry is from a different street than the mailing address, explain that in your text. It helps us discuss loading without guessing from an address alone.
Tell us whether all wheels are fitted, whether the car rolls and whether the steering is locked. Mention a missing key before the truck is scheduled. These details do not automatically rule out an offer, but they can change the pickup plan. Keep the car where it is until arrangements are confirmed.
Once you accept an offer, gather the ownership documents we have agreed on and remove personal items from the cabin, trunk and storage compartments. Let us know if another person controls access to the parking area. At pickup, we verify the car and documents, complete the sale and pay the agreed amount in cash.
